When on my Salesforce Community Site Some of my icon links are broken in the "Feed" Component.

The Weirdest thing is that the URL its embedding is wrong. It seems to be duplicating certain parts of the URL, which makes the picture not display properly.
For example, when examining the URL from preview mode in the community the url is: https://my-URL--livepreview.cs18.force.com/sfsites/c/sfsites/c/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=0151600000SIHpj&oid=00D110000001b7h&lastMod=1467124165000
This URL is broken because it has an extra '/sfsites/c/' in the URL and removing it displays the image properly.
When viewing the published version of the community it duplicates a different part of the URL:
https://my-url.cs18.force.com/dealer/dealer/servlet/servlet.ImageServer?id=0151600000SIHpj&oid=00D110000001b7h&lastMod=1467124165000
This time its duplicating '/dealer/' and once again deleting this from the URL displays the image properly.
The same image works in other parts of the same page (the blue person icon) :
Those Icon URLs are displaying correctly.
Some Possible Pertinent information:
- My Theme is Customer Account Portal
- Updated to Latest Version
- The component is named "Feed" and the filter is set to All Updates
